It all began with a dream. My late husband Phil & I would look at this open space not far from our Heatherbrooke home, and knew it should become a meeting place for everyone in Brandywine Hundred. It’s been my honor to work with State & County Officials - and private donors - to make the Cloutier Complex a reality.
I often walk through the park & reflect on the hundreds of people spending time there. It truly has something for everyone! The Bark Park, sports fields, the play ground, and more.
Personally, the Library means so much to me. We worked so hard to raise $1.5 million to construct this necessary building. Strolling along the brick walkway, I am reminded of the many fond memories I have shared with so many families.
It is always bittersweet to visit Phil’s statue - but I know he’s looking down, and so proud of what we have created together.
As the election draws closer, I hope to have your vote by November 3.
Just like the Cloutier Complex, I will continue to deliver progress for our community for all of us to enjoy.
You can count on me to continue preserving our open spaces, keep our parks pristine, & our environment clean.
